About Me

I am a bioinformatician with a demonstrated ability to grasp and adapt to dynamic environments quickly. Proficient in R, Python, and Bash scripting, I apply computational approaches to solve biological problems, particularly in genomic, transcriptomic and epigenomic datasets. My expertise bridges biological laboratory techniques and computational skills, enabling me to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. I am a PhD student at Deakin University working on parasite population genetics studies.
